PURPOSE:To provide a method by which special line data such as a summation or an average in the chart data of a relational form can be displayed by changing the layout by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:Chart data 300 of the relational form are displayed at a screen 201 based on a document arrangement information table 400 (101), the line whose layout is changed is designated on the screen (102), the line of the pertinent line is identified from the designation, a specific data arrangement information table 1000 is prepared for separately managing the layout of the line (103), a layout change processing is operated to the separate management information, and applied to the lines having an attribute similar to the designated line. Therefore, the specific line data such as the total or the average can be changed and displayed by the layout different from that of the other data. Thus, a layout document which is easily seen and understandable for a user can be prepared by the simple operation. |
