FRACTIONALLY RECOVERING METHOD FOR VULCANIZED RUBBER AND STEEL WIRES FROM TIRE

摘要

PURPOSE:To fractionally recover vulcanized rubber and steel wires from a spent tire in an effective recycling state. CONSTITUTION:The vulcanized rubber and the steel wires are fractionally recovered by dividing the rubber made tire for automobile incorporating steel wires such as a steel belt, high frequency induction heating and pulling out to strip the steel wires from the tire. The steel wires can be stripped by relatively small force since the vulcanized rubber surrounding the steel wires is denatured by heat transmission.
