<p>PURPOSE: To provide a mixer valve for hot and cold water by introducing combination characteristics of a valve, having a cartridge type body shape and equipped with a single adjusting means for the hot water inlet and cold water inlet and a screw-type valve to make mixing operation and water supply operation for hot water and cold water controlled by two independent adjusting means. CONSTITUTION: A mixer valve for hot and cold water is equipped with two independent adjusting means, a stationary plate 23 having at least a slit 24 for constituting a hot water inlet and at least a slit 25 to constitute a cold water inlet, and further on the plate a disc 26 in correspondence with the slit 24 and a disc 27 in correspondence with the slit 25. Each disc is furnished with at least one adjustable slit, so as to be positioned identical to and move apart from the mentioned slits in the stationary plate with rotation of the discs via adjusting elements 19 and 20 which are istalled on the body 10 of cartridge type.</p> |
