摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate machining and balance adjustment of the device and to manufacture it at a low cost by forming integrally a rotor provided with at least a center axis part, an attaching surface part attaching a rotary polygon mirror and a magnet part with a resin magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 20 is provided with a disk shape top plate part 21, the center axis part 25 perpendicularly extending from the center of the top plate part 21, the attaching surface part 22 formed on the top plate part 21 in the side opposite to the center axis part 25 and attaching the rotary polygon mirror 14, and a ring shape magnet part 23 arranged on the outer peripheral part of the top plate part 21. Then, the attaching surface part 22 placing and fixing the rotary polygon mirror 14 is formed in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of the outer peripheral part on the top plate part 21. The attaching surface part 22 is required to be ground since the precision of the face wobbling is required to be several mum or below. Nevertheless, the highly precise attaching surface part 22 is ground easily at a time since the center axis part 25 and the attaching surface part 22 are formed integrally.
