PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor device in which the temperature rise of a semiconductor element is effectively prevented even when the element generates heat so that the element can be normally and stably operated for a long period. CONSTITUTION:The title device is composed of a substrate 1 made mainly of aluminum or copper, semiconductor element 2 fixed on the substrate 1, outer lead terminals 3 connected with the electrodes of the element 2, and coating resin material 4 which coats the substrate 1 and parts of the terminals 3. |
