PURPOSE:To provide an induction heating apparatus with few parts of the circuit. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating apparatus has a drive means 10 for controlling a switching element 8, a synchronous pulse generating means 11 for generating timing pulses to electrify the switching element and a control means 14 having the output for determining an operational mode by the operation of a key and starting or stopping heating to control power. The control means outputs a digital value of 8 bits corresponding to the power and starts up or down count according to the starting output of the control means or the output pulse of the synchronous pulse generating means. When the counter value reaches the digital value or zero outputted by the control means, the output is turned off and the control means is composed of a count means 18 for outputting a control signal for electrifying the switching element through the drive means 10 and a limiter means 17 for adjusting electric power. |
