PURPOSE:To decrease the number of component elements of a transition detecting circuit by using only a NOR circuit or a NAND circuit and an inverter circuit and using no EXOR gate. CONSTITUTION:A 1st field-effect transistor FET 15 includes a 1st electrode connected to a 1st inverter 11 connected to an input terminal IN and a control electrode connected to the terminal IN. A 1st impedance element is connected between the 1st and 2nd electrodes of the FET 15. A 2nd FET 16 includes a 1st electrode connected to a 2nd inverter 12 connected to an inverted input terminal, the inverse of IN and a control electrode connected to the terminal, the inverse of IN. A 2nd impedance element 14 is connected between the 1st and 2nd electrodes of the FET 16. Then a NOR circuit 17 secures the connection between the 2nd electrodes of the FET 15 and the FET 16. In such a constitution, the signals are outputted at the rise and the fall of an input signal. |
