PURPOSE:To decrease a man-hour for totalizing a questionnaire result by automatically storing a questionnaire in the frame of a general format in a related relational data base, and freely totalizing it in a simple language. CONSTITUTION:A questionnaire information file 12 is prepared by an inputting means 11 based on a general questionnaire format, the questionnaire is distributed to the destination of distribution by a transmitting means 13, an ID to manage the content is made to correspond to the management number of a storage DB 19, and the relation is stored in a management information file 14. The general storage DB 19 confirms the correspondence of directory information, and operates a maintenance. An entry in a questionnaire result input field, comment field of each questionnaire item, and entire comment is operated by an answer returning means 15, and transmitted to a questionnaire transmission side. A questionnaire result 16 is stored in a storage means 18, the questionnaire is confirmed by a confirming means 17, and the judgement of an urge to the other side can be attained. |
