PURPOSE:To easily enlarge a motor while improving mechanical strength against wind power, economically extract large power, dispense with directional controlling together with variation of wind directions, and extract power efficiently from the wind in any direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of mast frames 6 are vertically fixed and erected on a plurality of trucks over an all circumference of a cylindrical guide 1 which specified distances in a spiral manner, also with a specified angle in one direction in respect to a spiral line from a center. Thus, a large-sized and tall cylindrical wind power rotary driving body 3 is structured. The wind power rotary driving body 3 can be rotated around the cylindrical guide 1 on the truck 2. A plurality of sails 4 are provided on the respective mast frames such that they can be opened and closed within a specified range with an axis being a vertical line. |
