发明名称 ACCELERATING METHOD FOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT OPERATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To accelerate a system operation by making the output impedance of a digital signal supply source approach the surge impedance of a signal line by using an averaging method. CONSTITUTION:The more the output impedance on the signal transmission side of the signal line approaches the surge impedance of the signal line, the more natural frequency amplitude on the signal line by reflection can be decreased. Therefore, the averaging method for impedance is used as a means which makes the output impedance approach the surge impedance as much as possible. An H level(high level, i.e., source voltage VCC level) signal is supplied to a bus line Z via a load resistor R1, and a transistor T is controlled by a control signal(sig), and an L level(low level, i.e., ground level) signal is supplied to the line. In such a case, since the mean output impedance of a signal source 1 is made to approach the surge impedance of the line Z. the amplitude of natural frequency phenomenon can be reduced.
