PRODUCTION OF GOLF CLUBHEAD

PURPOSE:To provide a producting method of a golf clubhead which sufficiently makes manifest the characteristics of titanium or a titanium alloy (light and excellent repulsive force and anti-corrosiveness) and smoothly and securely lowers the center of gravity of the head. CONSTITUTION:A metallic member 30 having a heavier specific gravity than a head body made of metallic titanium or a titanium alloy is attached to the fitting protrusion 21 at the rear and a sole cover 20 made of titanium or titanium alloy is fitted. The sole cover 20 is smoothly and securely fitted to the head body 10 in order to easily lower the whole center of gravity by attaching the sole cover with increased weight to the head body 10.
