PURPOSE: To satisfactorily supply information on the quotient of the rotating speeds of two shafts by combining the output of a comparator circuit with the connection point for the supply voltage via light emitting elements arranged linearly adjoining one another. CONSTITUTION: Light emitting elements (for example, light emitting diodes) L1 -Ln are arranged adjoining one another, and the outputs of comparator circuits C1 -Cn are coupled with the connection point for supply voltage through these elements L1 -Ln . Thereby the quotient of the rotating speeds (momentary) of two shafts can be displayed optically on the light emitting elements L1 -Ln , in such a manner as not generating a problem likely when the denominator of the quotient is very small or zero. The optical display with L1 -Ln signifies, in particular, that the number of those elements emitting light is the value of the quotient. This allows satisfactory supplying of information regarding the quotient of the rotating speeds of two shafts 1 and 3. |
