PURPOSE:To improve installation strength without using rigid frames and to improve outlook by providing a tension means for applying tension to long-sized tension members. CONSTITUTION:Tension rods 19 are disposed parallel on the wall of a desired structure. The tension rods 19 are detained at the top and bottom ends thereof by detaining members and are held spaced from the wall by posts at this time. A turnbuckle 21 which is the tension means is interposed in the lower part of the tension rods 19 and the tension rods 19 are kept applied with tension by these turn buckles 21. A first guide groove forming member and a second guide groove forming member are fitted alternately in the state of interposing the tension rods 19 therein, thereby rail members 11 are constituted. Hanging wires 8 of a sheet-like shaped member 1 are then pulled downward, thereby the extension of the sheet-like member 1 is completed.
