To produce components contg. plastics, the component and the plastics material (9) are moved so that each forms a layer. Also claimed is an assembly where the mould/half mould is fitted in an opening at the container (8) for the plastics material (9), so that they can both be moved round a common axis (100). The component and the plastics material (9) swing round a common axis (100), on a circular path round the axis (100). The movement also includes a reciprocating component, with the circular path. USE/ADVANTAGE - The method is for the prodn. of components, containing plastics, such as blanks for conversion into components for the inner cladding of vehicles and the like. The technique reduces the number of steps in the mfg. process.
