The unsorted workpieces are collected up in a pot (60) coupled to a first vibrating drive and having on one wall (62) a ramp (70) which rises up and ends above and overlaps the workpiece discharge rail. This rail acts as a linear conveyor and has its own vibrating drive (40) which is independent of the first. The discharge rail can pass through the side wall of the pot. The ramp has several parallel tracks each of which ends over a track of the discharge rail. All incorrectly aligned parts can fall back into the vibrating pot. USE - Suitable for sorting and conveying screws and other unsorted parts.
