Interconnectable staircase banister segment - has vertical banister rod with foot part for securing to staircase step and strut between adjacent banister bar segments

The banister bar (13) has at least one strut for the next (24,37) banister segment, protruding from the banister rod at an inclined (31,45) angle. This is between a positive (32) and negative tangent of the staircase lead ratio in the banister region. The strut free end has a cylindrical and/or prismatic recess, whose cross-section corresponds to the outer cross-section of banister bar. Pref. the latter has a tapering, cylindrical foot part, whose dia. equals the inner dia. of a tubular coupler. ADVANTAGE - Independent design wrt. the staircase shape for versatile fitting.
