Permanent wave tip paper are impregnated with hair conditioning agents and hydrophobic components which repel the hair conditioning treatment liquids. Pref. the tip papers are impregnated e.g. with jojoba oil or various silicone oils with various additives, perfume oils, etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - The paper are used by the hairdresser when rolling the hair during permanent waving treatment to prevent tip hair becoming bent ton the roller. The impregnated tip papers regenerate and condition hair tips already damaged by environmental factors and previous permanent waving treatments, while preventing waving treatment and thus avoiding fresh damage to the hair tips by the treatment.
