摘要 The evaluation system provides the eigen values for a matrix of signal sample values via transformation of the matrix using cyclic vector rotations via Jacob's method. The individual vector rotations are provided via Cordic operations. Each vector rotation uses a single Cordic angle. Each of the angles are selected to ensure, by the transformation, that each element of the matrix outside the main diagonals is minimal. USE - For determining signal spectrum, data reduction or compression of image signals, or processing signals from object and of multiple sensors of antenna array, to position locate and determine direction of object.
