<p>Tooth-cleaning device comprising an instrument in the form of a fork with two branches, capable of being connected to a hydropulser. Each of the two branches (2, 3) of the instrument (1) comprises, on its inner face, an orifice (15, 16) for outlet of a water jet (17, 18), the two orifices being oriented so as to allow outlet of two jets of water in opposite, unaligned directions.
