A dielectric filter in which input/output coupling electrode layers are arranged on the surfaces of the substrate sections, separated from the resonating conductors by an adjustable distance, the coupling capacitance of the device can be chosen within a wide range of selection because of the relatively large area of the surfaces. The dielectric filter comprises an interstage coupling electrode layer which is formed on a temporary surface of a dielectric substrate that has a relatively large area and becomes internal in the final product with a predetermined but adjustable distance from a pair of resonating conductors arranged in the dielectric substrate. <IMAGE> |
