<p>A device for moving especially a garage door, the doorleaf of which is guided during this movement, has a rectilinearly moveable carriage which is coupled to the doorleaf via at least one connecting member engaging on the carriage and having a guide carriage (23) on it. The guide carriage (23) carries a plurality of guide rollers (31 - 34) which are arranged in groups and which roll on rolling surfaces (36, 37) of a concavely curved control cam (35) held on the doorleaf. This control cam (35) is formed from at least two tubular components (48, 49) which extend at a distance next to one another in the axial direction of the guide rollers (31 - 34) and the outer surfaces of which form the rolling surfaces (36, 37) for the guide rollers (31 - 34) rolling on them by means of correspondingly matched surface portions (81 - 84), for the purpose of guiding the guide carriage (23) in a manner preventing its rotation. The surface portions (81 - 84) of the guide rollers (31 - 34) are a cross-section approximately shaped as a segment of an arc of a circle. <IMAGE></p> |
