POLYESTER COPOLYMER AND ITS PROCESS

The polyester copolymer has good color characters and tranparency. This polyester is composed of terephthalic acid or its deriv. 75-94.5 mol%; isophthalic acid or its deriv. 5-20 mol%; ethylene glycol 70-95 mol%; bis-1,4- dihydroxymethylcyclo hexane 5-30 mol%; and dicarboxy acid of formula (I) 0.5-5.0 mol%. In addition it comprises: ammonium compound as esterification inhibitor, antimony cpd. and tin cpd. as polymerization catalyst, cobalt cpd. as color enhancer, and phosphorus cpd. containing amine bond of formula (II) as stabilizer.
