DATA SENSING CIRCUIT

The circuit maintains the constant voltage state on the data bus and decreases energy consumption resulting from the charge and discharge of the data bus. The circuit comprises: a word line for generating selection signal; an amplifier for bit-line detection connected with the word line; a voltage difference-current difference conversion unit for converting the data bus voltage difference to the bus current difference; a current detection circuit holding the constant voltage on the bus; an amplifier to amplify the converted current difference.
