The invention concerns a system for wireless transfer of data messages, including rack for inserting suitably fitted PCs (1) or similar devices, to generate and receive data messages in digital form, an antenna (8) and a communication card (10). This latter has a modem (13), which is designed to convert digital data messages generated by the PC (1) to outgoing analogue data messages, and to convert incoming analogue data messages to digital data messages for further transfer to the PC (1), and a radio frequency transceiver (14), which is designed to convert the modem's (13) outgoing analogue data messages to outgoing radio frequency signals and to transmit these via the said antenna (8) and to receive incoming analogue radio frequency signals via the said antenna (8) and convert these into incoming analogue data messages to the modem part (13).<IMAGE> |
