Device for producing organic-mineral fertilizers and substrates comprising a system for preliminary peat preparation and a comminuting apparatus, characterized in that on the frame (13) of the system for preliminary peat preparation a slat chain conveyor (2) is fastened which conveyor (2) has an adjustable outlet travelling speed, to which a comminuting drum (3) is fastened in such a way that it can slide up and down, and also a separating rod conveyor (5) is fastened to the frame (13), and under the conveyor (5) there is a roll mill (11) with adjustable roll pressure force, and to the frame of the peat feeder storage bin (14) a raising wheel (16) is fastened, and above the flat belt of a collective conveyor (20) units for feeding micro and macroelements are situated, which comprise containers (23) and (26), whereas at the outlet of the collective conveyor (20) there is a container (30) of the helical mixer (31) installed, and in front of the other side of the end part if the helical mixer (31) a feeder (32) is installed which is equipped with a feeding shaft (34) and brushes (33), and at the bottom of the helical mixer (31) there is a container of a beater mill with a bidirectional distributing worm (36) and a drum with beaters (37), whereas to the mill chute the container of the filling system comprising the distributing worm (38) and feeding sleeves (39) of adjustable volume and equipped with bolts (40) is fastened.<IMAGE>
