The two alternators 1, 2 are placed in the first and second rear axles of each chassis of the semi-trailer, bus chassis, light-motor vehicle chassis and mixed-motor vehicle chassis. Electric motor 3 is placed together with the alternators 1, 2 on the third axle of the chassis of the semi- trailer, bus chassis or light-motor vehicle chassis and mixed-motor vehicle chassis. In addition to having another ("dizaime"), the electric motors have a layout which is different from being placed on each chassis. According to the invention, the main objective is the utilization of energy produced by the alternators 1, 2 when travelling at top speed, on a level, straight stretch of road or one with a slight gradient, and when it is desired to disengage the clutch in order to produce more energy (or it is mandatory) or to reduce speed. Firstly, it is reduced with the alternators 1, 2 when travelling down a very steep descent at high speed and when it is desired to disengage the clutch to produce energy or to reduce speed, firstly it is reduced with the set of alternators 1, 2. When it is desired to stop, firstly, preparation starts 100 metres or more away in order to achieve the reduction with the set of alternators 1, 2 in order to produce energy. In sum, the main objective to be achieved is to have greater autonomy in the production of energy in order subsequently to travel distances of more kilometres at high speeds. <IMAGE>
