System consisting of an articulated set of elements and an anti-tamper bolt, all installed in a casing incorporated in the outer rim of the cover. One of these elements, which is supported by another in the same set, moves via a suitable perforation towards the inside of the cover, thus giving rise to the locking of the latter, whilst a third element of the said set will serve as cover for the installation casing of the latter. The anti-tamper bolt, on account of its position inside the casing, prevents the removal of the element locking the cover, for the removal of the latter. In order to proceed with this operation, it is therefore necessary firstly to remove the anti-tamper bolt and only then the locking element. <IMAGE>
