The innovative aspect of the invention lies in automatically carrying out two types of meat cut which may result in a rectangular or square configuration. Each of these types of meat ends in a specific number of mouthfuls (bites), which constitute the kebab and, in turn, the meat is slipped onto a skewer originating from a cylinder, where it is sharpened and moulded, which is placed on the top part, vertically, of the machine. A further innovative feature is the fact that this machine operates via only one person, controlled on the outside electronically and by computer. The said machine functions only when the movable door on its front part is closed, thereby guaranteeing safety (security) and hygiene.
