Improved join for cooling panels of the type which include panels 1 structured in the form of two rigid plates 11, 12 between which an insulating filler 13 is included, modular clamps 3, 9 and gripping bushes 5 for its concealable rigid joining to cover plates 4, and one or more devices for anchoring to the wall, in which: a) each one of the rigid plates 11, 12 of the panels 1 has successive inflections 14, 15 and its intermediate spaces r1, r2 placed in different mutually parallel planes; b) the cover plates 4 have a raised planar central area 4b, placed in a plane parallel to that of the remaining part of the body; and c) the attachment means include, in the modular clamps, respectively, orifices and a part in the form of a "swallow tail"; the threaded rods, in the area of one of their ends, being fastened to the gripping bushes and, in the area of their opposite end, if appropriate, being fastened to a device for anchoring to the wall. The present invention applies to the construction of large cooling enclosures.
