The cutting assembly is made up of a single blade (4) that is movable and a double blade (5) that is either fixed or movable. They are pivoted about a common axis (6) fixed with respect to the body of the shears (1). They are mounted on a hydraulic jack (2) of which the piston actions the single blade (4) or the two blades (4,5) with the aid of a movable housing (3). The non-skid grooves (9) allow the device to separate and the internal flanks (7) of the double blade (5) make easy the release of the flakes. USE - Allows release of persons trapped in accident vehicles of which the body has been deformed by the impact.
