<p>This invention relates to benzofuran derivatives, to processes for their preparation, to pharmaceutical compositions containing them and to their medical use, in particular to compounds and compositions of use in the treatment of migraine. In particular, the invention provides a compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is -CH¿2?CONR?3R4; R2¿ is -CH¿2?CH2NR?5R6; R3 and R4¿, together with the N-atom to which they are attached form a saturated 4- to 7-membered ring of the formula (II) where Z is a group of formula -CR7CR8-, -O- or -NR?9-; R5 and R6¿, which may be the same or different, are hydrogen or C¿1-3? alkyl; R?7 and R8¿, which may be the same or different, are hydrogen, hydroxy or C¿1-3?alkoxy; R?9¿ is -SO¿2?R?10, -COR10¿ or -COOR10; R10 is C¿1-3?alkyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof.</p> |
