PURPOSE:To provide a sentence preparing supporting device which is capable of easily and quickly referring/using outline data and preliminarily prepared and stored memo data at the time of preparing a document. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an outline data storage part 101 storing outline data composed of the kind of sentence and the construction of chapters, a keyword storage part 103 storing the keyword corresponding to the combination of the kind of sentence and each chapter, a memo data storage part 105 storing memo data by relating it to a keyword, an outline selection means selecting one data from the outline data storage part, a sentence preparing support processing means obtaining the keyword corresponding to each chapter of the selected data from the keyword storage part, reading memo data having at least one keyword for every chapter from the memo data storage part and inserting the data into the chapter corresponding to the selected outline data and a memo data insertion outline display means displaying the outline data in a state that memo data is inserted. |
