摘要 The plane of the teething (12,14,15,16) runs inclined to the draw direction (22) from in to out starting from the rounded areas (18,19). The tooth head (15,16) of each adjoining arm (8,11) is cut back like a hook to form an outwardly directed support face (22a,23a) to branch off the reaction force. The tooth head (12,14) of each inner arm (9,10) has a groove (24,25) which complements the rounded area (18,19). The inner sides (26,27) of the inner arms (9,10) are supported on one another to absorb the inwardly directed reaction forces of the tensile strain. The cross-member comprises a tension pin or bolt set in a central plane parallel to the flat sides and passing through the arms of the lock halves. USE/ADVANTAGE - For chains used in mining machines. Improved force absorption for longer service life.
