CONSTITUTION:A door 6 provided with a front door cover 7 and a key part 8 for non-power supply is arranged on the lower part of the front face of a device body 1 and a CRT 9 to be a customer guiding display device, a touch panel device 5 as an input means constituted of a transparent electrode on a display screen and a maintenance man key device 4 for switching the display screen from a customer guiding picture to a maintenance picture so as to unlock the door 6 are arranged on the upper part of the front face. At the time of opening the door 6 of the automatic teller machine 1, ID information is read out of an ID card by an ID card reader annexed to the automatic remote monitoring device, and at the time off decision that the ID card is valid, a door open permission signal is transmitted to the specified automatic teller machine 1.
