摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the microcomputer which can improve the reliability of an electronic equipment by changing a program from an external terminal and specifying the point of a problem efficiently for investigating the cause of trouble such as the malfunction of the one-chip microcomputer integrated in the electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION:When the address of an output from a program counter 17 is coincident with the address of an associated storage device 14 written from an external terminal 1 through an interface 10, an output 15 of the associated storage device 14 is outputted from a selector 16 in place of the output of a program memory 5. Thus, the program can be efficiently changed from the outside.
