CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HOST ACCESS TABLE AND DATA PROCESSING SUBSYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a technology for writing a command sequence by a data processor so as to individualize call center functions. CONSTITUTION: A writer can selects a real-time test mode wherein no direct interaction with a host 200 is made by receiving a newly generated HAT command. This command is interpreted by a host interface program and executed. Consequently, the performance of a target function regarding the HAT command is generated. The target function requires several key strokes to be sent to a terminal emulation program. When the host interface program sends a cursor positioning or host function key, the terminal emulation program processes those key strokes and a work station 100 exchanges a sequence of a display panel with the host 200 like in ordinary work station communication service operation mode.
