Converting environmental heat into other energy forms - using potential gradients or vector potential gradients and only converting heat, even in closed system

The potential gradients or vector potential gradients based method converts environmental heat into other energy forms or temperature differences e.g. thermal fluctuations. The method converts only heat even in closed systems. The method can be implemented by a potential- or vector potential-gradients based rectifier of thermal fluctuations. The rectifier enables the immediate conversion of environmental heat into temperature differences or other energy forms. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. electric current generation. Enables almost complete, high power and relatively even conversion of environmental heat into other forms and can work as long as required without supply of material or wastage.
