PURPOSE:To attain the changeover of channels during talking properly and stably at all times even under various radio environmental conditions. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a measurement means 1 measuring a distance between a mobile equipment MS and a radio base station BS connecting to the mobile equipment, and the distance information measured by, the measurement means 1 is used for discrimination information for the changeover of a busy channel of the radio base station BS connecting to the mobile equipment to a talking channel of other radio base station BS. Preferably when the distance measured by the measurement means exceeds a zone in charge of the radio base station connecting to the mobile equipment, the radio base station BS connecting to the mobile equipment or a mobile network equipment relating thereto generates a talking channel changeover request. Or the talking channel changeover request is generated every time a condition of Rm>(2 n-1)Rz is satisfied, where Rz is a zone radius, Rm is the measured distance and (n) is a positive integer. Or frequency information of an object zone Z to detect a reception level is revised. |
