OUTFLOW ELEMENT FOR RAIN-WATER DRAINAGE AND METHOD FOR THE FABRICATION THEREOF

An outflow element (1) for the drainage of rain-water contains a lead plate (2) with a hole and an aluminium pipe (3) affixed in a sealing manner in the hole, whereby the extreme (4) in question of the outlet pipe contains bulges (8) and the re-modellable plate (2) has a collar (10) at the location of the hole, which, with the aid of a stainless steel clamping tube (9) which is to be pressed in the extreme in question, keeps the collar in pressing contact with the bulges. The other extreme (5) of the clamping tube is equipped with an external circumferential groove (6), within which an O-ring (7) is to be applied, with which a good sealing with drainage pipes to be connected thereto is realised. In the fabrication of the outflow element, use can be made of a widening tool, with which both the collar is deformed and the clamping tube is pressed into the extreme in question. Alternatively, the fabrication can also occur by bringing the clamping tube into the collar and subsequently stretching the diameter of the clamping tube so that the clamping tube pushes the collar into the bulge.
