The hitch (10) is particularly for the drawbar (30) of a mower (14). It comprises a frame (16) attached to the three-point linkage (20) of the tractor (12), and with the first half (46) of the coupling at its rear end. The second half (34) is mounted on the underside of the drawbar, the two being engaged together in the vertical direction. The halves are so formed as to allow both hinging and twisting movement between the frame and the drawbar. USE/ADVANTAGE - Rapid hitching of towed machine without driver having to dismount, and provides sufficient space for lengthwise and transverse movement of mower when working.
