The test material carrier has a removable holder mounted on a base with a hole matrix and consisting of two parallel guide rails and further, continuously adjustable, guide rails perpendicular to and detachably connected to the first two rails. Columns of rectangular cross-section are mounted on the extra guide rails perpendicularly wrt. the base so as to be continuously adjustable in position along the guide rails. The test material or object is mounted on the upper ends of the columns, and the guide rails can have scale units. USE/ADVANTAGE- For mounting test objects on automatic, programmable, 3-D measurement equipment. Carrier is universally applicable and enables easily reproducible test setup to be achieved.
