PURPOSE:To perform CT inspection by a conventional X-ray TV device by automatically detecting the rotating slippage and rotation central axis from an X-ray image, and taking a tomographic image. CONSTITUTION:From the density information of an X-ray image obtained by an image processing means 5, the profile position of a subject P is detected every extracting position of each tomographic image in each direction by a subject profile detecting device 8. From the profile position, A rotating central axis/reconstituting range setting device 9 detects the rotating operation of the subject P and the true rotating central axis, and automatically sets only a necessary reconstituting range. Thus, the positioning of the subject P is not required. From the two-dimensional transparent image obtained by an X-ray detector 3, the rotating slippage and rotating central axis are detected from the profile position of the subject P every designated line, and a plurality of designated tomographic images can be taken by one subject rotation. |
