PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of a noise on the characteristics by providing the power supply leads and pads of digital output circuits separately from the power supply leads and pads of other circuits. CONSTITUTION:First power for operating first and second digital output circuits 34 and 35 is externally supplied through a lead 9 and a bonding wire 26 to a pad 4, and supplied by a wiring 18. Second power is externally supplied through a lead 12 and a bonding wire 29 to a pad 7, and supplied by a wiring 23. A change occurs in the power supply current when the digital circuits 34 and 35 are switched, a potential change is caused in the pads 4 and 7 by the current change and the self-inductance of the leads 9 and 12. Owing to the separation from the operation power supply leads of other circuits 30, 31, 32 and 33, the change in the power supply potentials of the other circuits, or the potential change in wirings 14-19 and 19-22 can be prevented by the above- mentioned potential change. |
