PURPOSE:To obtain a bonded magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics, bonding strength and powder fluidity characteristics, and to improve molding workability by a method wherein the mixture, consisting of solid-state resin a specific additive and carbonimide resin, is mixed with the specific magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:Solid state epoxy resin is formed into a component A at 25 deg.C. An additive, containing at least a kind of compound selected from the group consisting of a specific fluorine-containing organic compound, specific isocyanuric acid ester, a specific organic phosphorus compound, an epoxy radical containing reaction diluting agent, a specific vinyl benzil compound, epoxy styrene, epoxy resin having polysulfide coupling, specific reactive organosiloxane, and a group consisting of specific polybutadiene, is formed into a component B. Besides, solid-state carbonimide resin is formed into a C-component at 25 deg.C. By mixing the resin binder, consisting of the above-mentioned A, B and C components with the magnetic powder having the anisotropic magnetic field of 50kOe or higher, a bonded magnet composition is obtained. |
