PURPOSE:To obtain a dust core, which can be manufactured at a low molding pressure and has a high permeability. CONSTITUTION:In a dust core manufactured by compressing and molding metallic powder, 5 to 50wt.% of alloy powder, which contains the same component as that of alloy powder, which contains iron, silicon and aluminum as its main components and is constituted of particles which are obtained by a mechanically grinding method and have a diameter in a range of 50 to 200mum, and is constituted of particles which are obtained by an atomizing method and have a diameter of 50mum or shorter, is mixed with the alloy powder. |
