PURPOSE:To allow the device to have a sales information collecting function which can grasp customer's latent need. CONSTITUTION:This sales supporting device is provided with a display means 4 for displaying a character and an image, an input means 5 for simulating an operating panel of sales commodities and inputting operating information and other necessary information, a storage means 6 for storing a character, an image and other information, and a control means 1 for controlling each means thereof 4-6, and constituted so as to execute an explanation and a simulated operation of the sales commodities through the display means 4 and the input means 5. The input means 5 is operated suitably by a customer in order to carry forward an explanation of the commodity, and by taking notice of a point that such a customer's operation reflects customer's latent need, a store means for storing a customer's operation procedure unconsciously in the storage means 6 is provided so that the customer's latent need can be grasped. |
