PURPOSE:To obtain superior printing resistance and image reproduction performance even in the case of being applied to commercial and newspaper web offset printing presses by forming a photosensitive layer made of a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:The waterless planographic printing plate material contains in a photosensitive layer a diamine derivative represented by formula I or II and the waterless planographic printing plate is obtained by imagewise exposing and developing this material. In formulae I and II, each of R1-R10 is, independently, H, a 1-20 C optionally substituted hydrocarbon group or a 1-20 optionally substituted acyl group or (meth)acryloyl group; each of R5 and R6 is H or 1-20C alkyl; and n is an integer of 1-50. |
