PURPOSE:To suppress the outflow of high-frequency current to a system by controlling inverter current using a specific operation expression. CONSTITUTION:A switching frequency current signal IFh of an inverter 10, compensating current signal IAF, and a higher harmonic current signal ILh of a load to be compensated are found. Here, ILh+IRh-IINV=ILh+IAFN-IFh is satisfied. And a current signal IINV (DC) obtained by passing the current of the inverter 10 through a first-order lag circuit 21 is subtracted from ILh+IAFh+IFh, and inputted to a computer 8. And the current of the inverter 10 is so controlled that ¦ILh+IAFh-IFh-IINV(DC)¦<DELTAI may be satisfied. But, IAFh implies the high-frequency current signal in the compensating signal IAF, IRh the higher harmonic current signal in a reactor-transformer current signal IR, IINV a current signal generated by the inverter 10, and dIINV (DC) a signal obtained by passing the current signal of the inverter 10 through the first-order lag circuit 21. Consequently, it becomes possible to suppress the outflow of higher harmonic current to a system. |
