PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive electronic keyboard musical instrument capable of a standing musical performance and easily realizing rich musical expression. CONSTITUTION:This electronic musical instrument is equipped with an electronic musical instrument body 2 where a keyboard is arranged and a grip part 1 which is formed projecting from the flank of the musical instrument body 2 in the keyboard array direction. In, for example, a standing performance state wherein the electronic keyboard musical instrument body 2 is suspended from the shoulder or neck, the keyboard of the electronic keyboard musical instrument body is operated with, for example, the right hand to play a melody and the grip part 1 is gripped; and a music generated by the operation of the right hand on the keyboard is controlled with a signal generated by sensors 3a, 3b, and 3c or a track ball operation part 29 provided at the grip part 1 corresponding to the operation of the left hand. |
