<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a disconnection of a secondary coil due to a hardening of a resin and a shrinkage stress at the time of hardening of the resin in a transformer device for high voltage generation. CONSTITUTION:In a bobbin 14 for secondary coil, an outermost layer copper wire 15 for secondary coil is executed a winding in a state that it is laminated and an insulating film 16 with projected parts 17 formed mechanically thereon is used for covering the outermost layer coil of a secondary coil. By these projected parts 17, a transfer of a shrinkage stress, which is generated at the time of hardening of an epoxy resin, to the secondary coil copper wire 15 is relaxed. Accordingly, the transfer of the shrinkage stress at the time of hardening of the epoxy resin can be relaxed, the copper wire is prevented form being disconnected and dielectric breakdown between the coils and a layer short-circuit can be prevented from being generated.</p> |
